4. Product Authenticity and Variation
Donnzen prides itself on sourcing authentic Dancong Oolong tea directly from Chaozhou, China. Because tea is a natural agricultural product, variations in color, aroma, leaf size, and taste profile may occur from batch to batch or harvest to harvest. These natural variations are not considered defects but rather the unique signature of artisanal tea.

Donnzen shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Donnzen has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
