DONNZEN - SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure you receive the most authentic and freshest Dancong Oolong tea, all Donnzen orders are shipped directly from our origin facilities in Chaozhou, China to your doorstep in the United States. Please review our shipping practices and policies below.

1. Order Processing Time

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding major public holidays in China and the US).

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Gift Box Orders: Premium gift packaging requires meticulous preparation to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer two main shipping options for our US customers. Please note that shipping times are estimates based on business days after the order has been dispatched, not from the moment the order is placed.

Standard Shipping (International Small Parcel):

Estimated Delivery: 8-15 Business Days.
Ideal for regular top-ups and standard purchases. Reliable and cost-effective.

Expedited Shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS):

Estimated Delivery: 3-7 Business Days.
Perfect for time-sensitive gifts or when you need your tea restocked urgently.

*Disclaimer: While we strive to meet these timelines, international shipping can occasionally be subject to unpredictable delays such as severe weather, US Customs clearance processes, or local courier backlogs.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

4. Important Policies & Liability (Please Read)

  • Incorrect Shipping Addresses: The buyer is strictly responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, nor will we issue refunds or replacements in such cases.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Donnzen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking carrier marks the shipment as "Delivered". If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or contact your local USPS/courier office directly to file a claim.
  • Customs & Duties: Currently, US customs regulations generally allow packages valued under $800 to enter duty-free. However, any unforeseen import taxes, duties, or customs fees levied by US authorities are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Packaging Integrity: We pack all orders robustly. However, during long-haul international transit, external shipping boxes or the outer aesthetic sleeves of Gift Boxes may sustain minor cosmetic wear. This does not affect the safety or quality of the sealed tea inside and is not eligible for a refund.
