90°C (194°F) / 2 minutes
Steep in hot water, then strain. Adjust the amount of leaf and steeping time to taste.
Cold brew
Refrigerate / 6–8 hours
Add cold drinking water, cover and refrigerate. Strain, then serve chilled, with ice if you like.
